Covered Bridge Relief Scene Roughout

Description

Roughout for a relief carving of a covered bridge with surrounding landscape.

Roughout measures 15″ wide x 9 3/4″ tall and about 2″ inches thick. Each rough-out is made from northern basswood, so may contain minor flaws such as pin knots or brown streaks.

Included with the roughout is a paper copy and transparency of the pattern.

This is a fun design to carve as the bridge can be as detailed as you want and there’s a lot of flexibility with how the landscape is carved.
